Do you ever have a skein of yarn and no idea what to do with it? You can use Ravelry to sort out projects using your yarn! You can find projects that use similar colors and yardage and get lots of ideas and inspiration.
Ravelry has a new feature called "Bundles." This is a way for a group to create a collection of patterns. Our first bundle has the baby hat patterns from the Baby Hats 2014 thread. More bundles will be coming soon! What kind of collections would you like to see? While you're there, take a look at shared projects from Waco Knitters members, and feel free to add your own! We'd love to see what everyone is working on!
This is a basic overview of the pattern search on Ravelry. If there is something specific you want to know how to do on Ravelry, leave a comment or use the "contact us" page. Go to the Ravelry pattern page to try out your new knowledge! The Pattern Search #2 from Waco Knitters on Vimeo. Several people have expressed interest in using Ravelry.com but are not sure how to get started. This video covers how to sign up and gives an overview of the main Ravelry homepage and the user profile page. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more How-To-Ravelry videos!
